Treatment plan and estimates
Once your treatment plan is agreed we will provide you details of your plan. If plan changes due to radiographic images or clinical findings we will inform you. If there is any query in your plan , do not hesitate to ask us before appointments.
Consent forms:
Certain treatment requires completion of written consent form. This is in order to explain the treatment , aftercare and any risk to you thoroughly , before any of these treatment is carried out.
Late appointments
We understand some patients travel long way to get to the clinic. it is at times unavoidable. If you are more than 10 minutes late you must be aware we might have to reschedule the appointment a little later.
Uses of images and x ray
Smile xpression multi-speciality dental clinic may use your smile or teeth images only for marketing , educational, promotional purposes. Images which we are sharing is with consent of the respected individual.Your identity and your face will never be disclosed . Your name will never be published. However if you DO NOT wish for us to use your image please do let us know .
Use of patients details
Patient is our priority, we keep our patients informed prior to their appointment, or when their appointment is due , or our latest special offers available. On this note you may be periodically contacted by the clinic via phone calls, messages, email. If you DO NOT wish to be contacted by any of these means please let us know.
Complaint policy:
We take complaints about any aspects of our services. In order to ensure that our every patient gets a very best experience of treatment by us.
Every complaint will recieve an immediate response of acknowledgement , and we will strive to resolve the complaint.
No tolerance/ abuse policy
We operate a zero tolerance policy to abuse to any of our dentist , staff( loud / disorderly/ drunken behaviour, persistently late and missed appointment after multiple warnings)
Promotions
We occasionally run special offers and promotions on treatment . These are subject to availability of appointments and suitability of the treatment.
Data Protection act :
We store all the detail of the patient securely in a record . All the digital radiographs, digital photographs remains intact and secure in our system.
